Vice President of Operations

Jeffrey Neal is a Financial Services Representative at First Interstate Bank in downtown Overland Park. Growing up in the heart of a small town, while also being apart of a family owned small business brought a lot of sense of how one should be in their community.  It developed a passion about being there for others, never judging a book by its cover, and using one’s strengths to fill roles whenever they can.

Jeffrey grew up mostly in Tonganoxie, KS, splitting a lot of time between there and Lawrence, KS. He also lived in Pittsburg, KS to attend Pittsburg State University. He moved back to the Tonganoxie and Lawrence area after graduating and moved to Shawnee in the summer of 2021.

While only living in Shawnee, KS for the last few years, Jeffrey has brought that same drive and desire to continue his growth in this community. When not at work, Jeffrey loves to engage in different sports talks, being an avid fan of the KC Chiefs, Chicago Blackhawks, and Los Angeles Lakers (very widespread… he knows).  He also loves catching up on the latest Marvel shows and movies during the winter, and being on the golf course in the summer. He lives with his fiancé, Madison, and they love to explore, always being on the search for different travel ideas – so if you got ‘em, send ‘em.
